Micki Clark, CEO
Micki is a real estate sales and marketing professional who has been CEO at CPR Realty Accelerators and its parent company, Communiqué Real Estate, LLC for over 20 years. During that time she built a hybrid company that combines sales and marketing for accelerated sales of mid-to-large size projects that have included condo towers, golf communities, condo hotels and ski lodges.
Micki has managed an organization adept at rapidly opening and operating sales offices and staffs in far-flung locations, in over 14 states and 7 countries. Utilizing video conferencing and web-based contact management systems, Micki oversees CPR’s remote locations, linking them with their headquarters near Denver, Colorado.
She has built an organization that has sold over $3 Billion in large project pre-sales, specializing mostly in the resort industry. Since the downturn, Micki has focused the company on stalled asset sales, creating a niche that specifically addresses the needs of condo and community projects looking to garner high yields from end-user sales in a short period of time.
She holds a bachelors degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from University of Denver.

Tom Clark, President
Tom has led CPR sales and marketing teams across the US and Latin America for over 20 years. He is highly skilled at branding and rebranding projects, developing marketing positioning and working with the company’s clients. He is also primarily responsible for new business development at CPR. Educated at Indiana University, Tom is married with three daughters.

Chris Messick, Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales for CPR Chris oversees the teams on the ground at CPR projects. CPR’s onsite project Sales Managers report directly to Chris and he is responsible for sales training, goal setting ensuring that our sales goals are met and exceeded. Chris started as a sales agent for CPR in 2005 in Park City, Utah. Originally in pharmaceutical sales, the management and leadership experience he brought proved to be an asset in the field of real estate right away. After working his way up from sales agent to onsite Sales Manager at Westgate Lodge in Park City, Chris was relocated to Spanish Peaks, a private club in Big Sky, Montana where he ran the sales team for 4 years.
In 2011, In order to gain international experience, CPR once again moved Chris and his family down to the island of Roatan, Honduras where he was the Director of Sales and Marketing for 2 oceanfront resorts. Chris has been a part of a “Sales Team of the Year” and has also shared “Manager of the Year” honors awarded by the National Association of Homebuilders. A graduate of Terry School of Business at the University Of Georgia, Chris is married with two daughters.
Deanna Combs, Director of Sales
Deanna is one of CPR’s all time most successful real estate sales professionals. She is one of the most effective and well-balanced project sales people in the industry, having been a top performer in sales for condos, homesites and high-end fractionals.
Deanna started with CPR in 2005 as a Sales Assistant at Promontory Club, in Park City, UT. Her sales talent and closing abilities were apparent early on and was awarded Sales Assistant of the Year during her first year. She was promoted to Sales Executive and has worked on projects all over North America, including Costa Rica, Mexico, California, and Colorado.
Deanna’s love for the outdoors drew her back to Park City, UT where she stepped into a management position for CPR as Director of Sales at Westgate Lodge. At Westgate, she successfully led the project to become one of the top selling properties in the country, and brought it to a successful conclusion. In 2011, Deanna became Director of Sales at Hyatt Escala, where her team garnered 48% of all sales at Canyons Resort in 2012. Deanna is married and has a young son.
A truly interesting person with a wide variety of interests, Deanna is a former professional snowboarder, a Yoga Instructor, trained in India, and opened a successful wine bar in Chicago, voted Best New Restaurant.
Cheryl Siegle, National Sales Operations Manager
Cheryl is an accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years of industry experience. She is responsible for overseeing back of house sales operations in each of our project offices, including licensure, contact management systems, contracts and closings. Prior to COR she served as manager of operations, human resources and closings for DR Horton, a major US homebuilder.
